What can I expect from therapy?

You are the expert on your own life and you teach me how you view the world. Therapy provides a place to safely tell your story; unpack some bags and leave them behind; create and dream about a new story; sometimes only tweaking the prose while other times dismantling the structure of the narrative or creating a new genre entirely.

Which insurances do you accept?

I am an in-network, contracted provider for multiple insurance companies. In addition, I bill as an out-of-network provider for various plans. I accept private-fee clients for people without insurance or who do not wish to go through their insurance plans.
