If you are calling to set up an initial appointment; have questions about my services; or are seeking further information, please feel free to leave a confidential voice mail at: 503-806-2495. When you phone, please leave: your name, number, best possible times to contact you, and whether or not it is alright to leave a message at this number or any other number you provide. If I have permission to leave a message, I simply leave my name and a call back number. I check my messages throughout the day, during the work week, and return calls within twenty-four hours. If you are requesting an ‘as soon as possible’ appointment, please indicate that on your message. If your initial contact with me is via email, please leave only basic contact information as the confidentiality of any email cannot be absolutely guaranteed. In addition, keep in mind that I will respond to your email; however, I always speak to people on the phone briefly before scheduling an appointment. This is to ensure as seamless an experience as possible for beginning your therapy.
In an emergency, for established clients, I can be contacted via my answering service at: (503) 299-4466. When I leave town, I have two other L.C.S.W.’s who take my call for me. I always discuss this with clients beforehand.

Tuesdays: 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Wednesdays: 11:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.
Saturdays: 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
